Dewayne, we’re sorry to hear about your frustration, and we understand how upsetting it is when your vehicle won’t start after any type of service.When we last spoke, you had mentioned bringing your Land Rover back in so that we could go through it together at the shop, but unfortunately that never happened. Without the opportunity to inspect the vehicle ourselves, we weren’t able to confirm or rule out what was causing the no-start. We stand by the professionalism of our team—we have two Master Certified Automotive Technicians on staff and regularly service all makes and models, including European vehicles. We also stand by our willingness to work directly with you to get to the bottom of any concerns.We’d still welcome the chance to personally look at your vehicle if you’d like us to.
