The TAC Service Representative position is a stepping stone to a TAC Service Advisor
position. To transition from an SR position to an SA position, an individual must show
mastery of the SR position and demonstrate a high level of customer experience as well as
the skills listed below.

● Work hours are 7:15 - lights out.
● All company and day-to-day information, including sales and performance, are
not to be shared with anyone. If sales and performance are shared with anyone
other than your Team Leader, it is grounds for termination.
● You are not to be making any sales presentations in this current role and position

Duties and Responsibilities

Take the Lead on:
● Phone conversions
○ Convert phone calls into appointments with a 60+ conversion %
● Vehicle Check-In
○ Following TAC Procedures
● Vehicle Delivery
○ Following TAC Procedures
● Manage customer texts, emails, and chats
● Receive and manage technician parts and cores
● Missed appt calls/texts - daily
● Appt reminder texts – daily
● Shuttling customers - daily
Assist with:
● Help with sales, selling approximately 15k-30k in sales per month
● Help with building estimates
● Help manage office cleanliness and point of sale items
○ Pos items - customer freebies, coffee and cookie table, etc.
● Hand out new customer packets
● Perform cleanliness quality checks on finished vehicles and verify they are
staged for pick up by the customer
