Parts & Operations Coordinator

The Parts & Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the store by
ensuring parts are properly received, tracked, returned, and organized; customers receive timely
transportation assistance; and the facility consistently reflects Toledo Tire & Auto Care's standards for
professionalism and cleanliness.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts
• Verify delivery accuracy
• Organize and stock inventory
• Manage core returns
• Process defective returns
• Process new part returns
• Track return deadlines
• Communicate discrepancies to Advisors and Team Leader

Customer Transportation Coordination

• Coordinate shuttle schedules
• Track customer drop-offs and pickups
• Maintain shuttle communication
• Safely transport customers
• Maintain shuttle vehicle cleanliness

Facility Appearance & Organization

• Customer waiting area
• Shop organization
• Parking lot appearance
• Exterior cleanliness
• Facility standards audits

Operational Support

• Support Service Advisors
• Support Technicians
• Support Team Leader initiatives
• Complete operational projects
